Jamie provides you with a safe and confidential space to examine issues, behaviours or situations that are proving troublesome, as well as helping you to make any necessary changes for a greater sense of clarity, purpose and control, when it comes to you and your life.
Jamie utilisers a number of counselling approaches, namely, Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural and Existential Humanistic in an integrative way, creating a counselling process individualised to you.
