Any goods and services purchased directly from this website are subject to the following terms:

  • All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • A Tax invoice for purchases will be automatically generated
  • All purchases, via our website shop, must be made in full via an accepted credit card. Your card details are not viewed by us or any person except you during the transaction. We do not record or store your card details. Your payment details are encrypted and handled directly by the Commonwealth bank. View the Commonwealth banks terms and conditions for further details.
  • Once your order is complete you will receive an email with either your downloadable content, directions of how to sign in to access your content, or information on the collection or delivery of your products and goods.
  • We will not honour any order which has not been paid in full

8.0 Dispatch and Delivery

If delivery is an option for the goods you have purchased, all delivery information including fees, the delivery zone, the specific delivery dates, and the delivery times will be stipulated prior to the payment of your goods.

We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses

You must provide us with accurate contact and delivery information. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods because of incorrect information provided by you or your failure to collect goods during the specified times.

Once goods are collected by you, or delivered to you, it is your responsibility to ensure all goods are stored correctly, including refrigeration, and adhering to expiry or best before dates

9.0 Returns and Refunds

All goods purchased must be used before the expiry or best before dates, kept according to the instructions provided and only used as prescribed or intended.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind

If you have any concerns about the quality of a physical product that you have purchased from us, please contact us within 24hours of purchase, so we can assess its condition and offer a replacement if necessary

It is important to note that we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a particular result with any products purchased. Individual results may vary, as they are dependent on a wide range of factors that are unique to you, and which are beyond our control

If a product is out of stock, or no longer available, or we are unable to fulfil your purchased order within a reasonable time, an option of a credit note, or refund will be given.

We reserve the right to delete any comments made on our social media channels which we find to be rude, offensive or otherwise unacceptable.

11.0 Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
